Megatron and Lugnut look at a hologram that somebody left open in their Desepticon Battle Station. The Battle Station is where they think up battle plans, and it is inside Tripticon. This is from the scene "Devastator's Planned Attack" and it explains some things that, if left out, would make the movie make no sense.
